    Hi Poptardians Greetings From England

Really loved your podcast this week.

We have had Captain America:TWS here since the end of of last month (why so late in the US?) so when I listened to the previous podcast where you talked about Captain America: Rebirth et al I thought we might get a cheeky review there.

I cannot sing the praises highly enough of CATWS. I admit I was skeptical of the director choices and how Marvel would adapt key Cap storylines on the big screen without becoming high camp and goofy. I remember buying and reading the Brubaker run and dreaming that one day this would be source material for a great film. In essence I feel this is what we got: A great film that doesn’t apologise for the character or distill him in a way that makes you scream “Cap wouldn’t do that!!”(cough Nolan)

I hope this film is a benchmark for future Phase 2 films.

Until then I am “Hooked on a Feeling” for Guardians of the Galaxy which on this evidence will defy the skeptics and it’s release date and take shedloads of ££$$$ at the boxoffice

Thanks Guys for a Great Show
