re: Saga #4: After losing out on the bounty last ish, did anyone else wonder whether The Will went to Sextillion looking for sex and found someone to murder/execute…, OR did he go there specifically looking for some scumbag to kill and found smiley dude…?

Glad I wasn’t the only one who found AXM 51 a wreck.

Is Critter really that bad? I may just give it a look tomorrow if my lcs has a copy.

  3. jaydee says:

@Grim: Good point! Why IS he there?! I assumed it was because he wanted “some”….otherwise why would he bother? I don’t think there was a way for him to track his prey from there, so why other than to make the sexin’s?

@kc, yeah Critter was pretty awful, which is sad. I always hate talking about comics that I don’t like, I feel bad about putting things down, but it just really wasn’t something that I would like to spend my time reading.

  4. Grim_Noir says:

I wasn’t really implying that he tracked anyone to Sextillion. Rather, it would be more like he was going someplace where a true scumsucker could be killed and would never be missed and no one would care that the lowlife was dead.

I guess my question is more about the INTENT behind the killing: Spur of the moment or premeditated. (No question, the S.O.B. definitely needed killing.)

…on the third hand, maybe The Will’s hobby IS rescuing children from pedo-traffickers…

In any event, I can’t wait to find out :)

  5. kcviking says:

Well I glanced at it. Yikes.

It must be really difficult discussing a book that isn’t very good and not offend the folks responsible “cause they put a lot of work into it.
